Diane has over 30 years of experience learning and mastering treatments and techniques that truly empower people to live well, and pain-free. As a young athlete, she experienced many injuries herself, and "walking it off" never quite worked. Over the years, she injured and then re-injured one knee in particular, and could not seem to find any lasting healing, or relief from pain. This prompted what has become a lifelong passion to learn how to identify and alleviate pain, and to build and retain functional mobility. Along her journey, she learned that it's not enough to just be strong and flexible. One must also develop elasticity and resilience throughout all the bodies' tissue and systems.
Diane's clients may come to her experiencing lingering pain from chronic or trauma-induced injuries, post-surgery issues, or bad postural habits. She draws from a broad base of skill, knowledge, and experence to awaken body awareness, teach effective methods to live with less pain, more energy, and genuine wellness. She can do this for you.
